Terms of Delivery

Sonkajärven Eukonkanto Oy (FI14585513) (hereinafter referred to as the online store) sells products to individuals in Finland, EU countries, non-EU Nordic countries, and the United States. We reserve the right to change our delivery terms and prices. The prices of the products include a 24% value-added tax and 10% value-added tax for tickets. Sonkajärven Eukonkanto Oy is not responsible for any customs duties or other country-specific costs or restrictions related to shipments.

The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is placed by paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the online store checkout. By placing an order, you agree to these delivery terms, product prices, and shipping costs. If an email address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent via email. The order confirmation will specify the ordered products and their price.

Payment and Payment Methods

Paytrail acts as the payment intermediary for the online store. At checkout, you can choose to pay by card or direct payment. All payment methods are processed through Paytrail. Paytrail forwards payments to the online merchant. Paytrail will appear as the payee on bank statements and invoices. Payment is secure, as all payment transaction information is transmitted using encrypted connections, preventing any unauthorized access to payment information.

The purchase agreement is made between the online store customer and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.

Payment Service Provider

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Orders are shipped on weekdays. Orders are delivered to the nearest post office or parcel locker. The delivery time for products in stock is usually 3-5 business days. If the products to be delivered are custom-made, the delivery time is typically 1-4 weeks. The estimated delivery time for pre-orders is provided on a product-specific basis on the online store. Shipping costs are determined based on the selected delivery method, any additional services, the weight, and size of the order. You can view shipping costs at the online store checkout before finalizing your order. If a product is lost or damaged during delivery, please notify the online store immediately, but no later than 14 days after delivery. Damaged packages should be reported immediately to the company responsible for the delivery.

Orders are shipped as postal parcels. If you provided your email address with your order, you will receive a shipment tracking code by email.

You can track the progress of your order at by entering the tracking code in the site’s field and clicking ‘Track Shipment.’

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, ranging from 2 business days to 10 business days. Please note that international shipments may be subject to delays due to customs. Tickets and participation fee receipts are delivered electronically to the email address provided by the purchaser. Tickets and participation fees are exchanged for wristbands at the event information desk or at the gate.


Online store customers have a 14-day right of exchange and return under consumer protection law. Customers have the right to exchange or return part or all of the ordered products. The returned or exchanged products must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please follow the detailed instructions below. Please include your order number, name, contact information, and bank account number for possible refunds (providing a bank account number applies to exchanging a product for another product, where the exchange results in a refund to the customer).

Tickets purchased from the Eukonkanto online store can only be returned if the event is canceled or rescheduled. Participation fees can be canceled up to 30 days before the event. A €10 handling fee will be charged for the cancellation of participation fees.

Detailed instructions for returns and exchanges:

Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

  1. Pack the item to be returned or exchanged securely.
  2. Send it to: Sonkajärven Eukonkanto Oy, Lyseotie 1, 74300 Sonkajärvi, FINLAND.
  3. Include in the shipment: the order number, your name, email address, and other contact information.
  4. If it is an exchange, include information on the item being exchanged for. To help us improve our services, please include a reason for returning or exchanging the product.
  5. If it is a return or exchange resulting in a refund to the customer, include an internationally formatted bank account number to which the refunded amount will be returned. Refunds will be credited to the account or credit card used for the online purchase.
  6. If it is an exchange where the customer needs to pay more than they have already paid, Sonkajärven Eukonkanto Oy will send payment instructions to the customer by email to the address provided by the customer. Alternatively, if the customer wishes to exchange the product for another, they can place a new order for the desired product through the online store and return the previously ordered exchangeable product.

If the returned product and its accompanying items are saleable, the price paid for the product and shipping costs will be refunded to the customer within 14 days of the package’s arrival at Sonkajärven Eukonkanto Oy, to the account specified by the customer, the account used for the online purchase, or the credit card account from which the payment was made.
